This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for users of Sudiksha Learning Hub, an online test platform owned and operated by M/s Man Pankaj Traders. It applies to all purchases made via our website and mobile application, specifically those processed through Razorpay.
All purchases of digital content, including test series, mock tests, or course materials, are non-cancellable once payment is confirmed.
As services are delivered instantly through digital access, no cancellation requests will be entertained after successful payment.
Refunds are not provided under normal circumstances. This includes:
Change of mind after purchase
User dissatisfaction with content
Partial or incomplete usage of the test platform
Non-usage of the purchased course or subscription
Refunds will only be processed under the following verified circumstances:
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
If a verified technical error (on our website or mobile app) prevents access to the purchased service and cannot be resolved within 3 working days, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds for eligible cases will be processed through Razorpay to the original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).
Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
M/s Man Pankaj Traders is not responsible for delays caused by Razorpay or your financial institution.
